My name is Gunilla Julin. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holding a Coaching Diploma as Leapfrog Professional Coach (PCC). I have an international bachelor’s degree in business administration and over 20 years of experience from the coaching industry. Before that, I worked for over 20 years in the IT industry, mainly within sales and marketing, but also in different leadership positions.

The organisations and cultures I have worked in have been very sales and result oriented, with a high tempo and a high rate of change. Throughout the years I have met and worked with people in different countries, with different backgrounds and in different situations. I have always had a great interest for personal development and I have a large and genuin curiosity for people, their history and their potential. My passion, and the red thread throughout my whole life and career, has always been “to change things for the better”, something which I today get a chance to do for my clients through my coaching. I am motivated by my desire to make a difference for organizations and people and contribute to helping people identify their strengths, work in a role where they fit the best, realize their dreams and make the best out of their lives!

My passion and my interest for people made me change my career and today I combine my experience from business, my 20 years within coaching and my own life experience in my work as a coach. I can help you identify your strengths, concretize your need for development, establish realistic goals, identify the possible obstacles and last, but not least, get inspiration and motivation to take the first step already today!

As a coach I am curious, creative, straight forward and challenging, goal- and result oriented, as well as professional, in everything I do.

People who meet me often say that I have a strong energy and that I inspire people around me. I truly engage in my clients and I do everything I can so that they get as much support, value and results from their investment, in both time and money, as possible.

For my target group of clients, it is also important with a high service level and flexibility when it comes to scheduling, the format for the coaching sessions, as well as being able to meet the different types of support and help they need during their time with me.
