Individual Assessments can be done in different situations and with different scope, but the purpose is always either evaluation or development. I offer different packages for individual assessments and 2nd opinions to be used in both evaluation and development situations. This can span from single tests and analyzes to a full day so called ”Assessment Center”, with simulation exercises and role plays. In all situations, both the candidate and the client get a thorough feedback in the form of an in-depth report and personal feedback on the test-results. In the initial dialogue we will together find out and come to a conclusion about which solution and package that will best meet your specific situation and needs.
